Team and roles
Invite agents and control what each person can access.
Add your team so everyone works from one shared WhatsApp number.
Invite a member
Go to Settings, then Team, and send an invite by email. The person receives a link to join your workspace.
Roles
- Admin: full access, including connection, billing, and settings
- Agent: works the shared inbox and contacts
- Viewer: read and analytics only
Choose the lowest role that lets each person do their job. You can change a role later from the Team screen.
Feature access
Admins can fine tune which features are visible. This keeps the interface focused for each role.
