Chatbot and AI replies

Automate common questions and qualify leads, with handoff to a human.

Set up the chatbot

Go to Chatbots and build a flow with the visual editor. Start with your top few questions, add branches, and set a clear path to a live agent.

AI replies

Enable AI to draft or send replies for common questions. You control whether the AI replies automatically or only suggests a reply for an agent to send. Configure the AI behavior under Admin, then AI Settings, or in the chatbot configuration.

Session window

WhatsApp allows free-form replies within a 24 hour window after the customer messages you. You can limit AI replies to this window so you stay compliant and avoid template costs.

Handoff

When a conversation needs judgment, it moves to the team inbox with full history attached.
