WhatsApp Message Data
Messages sent and received through our platform are processed via the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta). We store message metadata (timestamps, status, type) in our database to power your inbox, analytics, and chatbot features. Message content is stored encrypted at rest.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Meta/WhatsApp (to deliver messages via the Business API), email service providers (for transactional emails), and cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting). All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.
